Bien, ya omenté anteriormente que una de las series nuevas que espero que se estrene de una vez este año que acaba de entrar es Dollhouse.
Pero leyendo esta entrada de TV Squad mi atención se ha fijado en otros dos interesantes proyectos
7. The Untitled Amy Poehler Project, slated to premiere in spring on NBC
Rumor has it that Poehler will play an ex-cop who finds herself battling barbarians in a post-apocalyptic desert world where rules don’t exist. Or this might be a clever workplace comedy in the same vein as The Office. I’ll watch either way, especially since Poehler is headlining and Office alums Greg Daniels, Mike Schur and Rashida Jones are attached.
La verdad es que la versión televisiva de Mad Max me interesa más que la segunda alternativa. Por qué aunque no lo mencionen en el texto, eso es Mad Max…
Y este proyecto es el que realmente me parece más interesante (después de Dollhouse, claro)
10. Warehouse 13, slated to premiere next summer on Sci Fi
Superficially, this series about a pair of secret service agents dealing with unexplained phenomena sounds like basic cable’s answer to Fringe or The X-Files. But let’s look at the details. Joss Whedon collaborator and Battlestar Galactica producer Jane Epsenson and Farscape creator Rockne S. O’Bannon wrote the two-hour pilot. So don’t expect anything typical — at least not from the pilot, which should set the tone for the rest of the series. It’s being compared to Raiders of the Lost Ark and Moonlighting.
Bien, otra serie más estilo Frigne y X-Files, pero parte con una gran ventaja, el listón dejado por las otras dos es tan bajo que hacer algo mínimamente más decente no puede ser nada difícil. Además, viene de la namo de Rockne S. O’Bannon, creador de la genial Farscape, la cosa promete.
Sí, también mencionan en el texto Stargate Universe, pero la verdad tengo poca fe en esa serie, aunque espero estar equivocado.
